Who We Are
SANYUAN INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS (HK) LIMITED is an independent marine fuel trading house based in Hong Kong, China. We buy from refineries and major suppliers, and deliver to vessels at the right port, at the right price, every time.
Our clients are Chinese and international shipowners, operators and charterers who need speed, transparency and someone accountable when a stem goes wrong. We handle the whole chain: enquiry, sourcing, barge scheduling, survey coordination, documentation and settlement.
Because we are an independent trader, we are not tied to any single supplier. We compare offers across suppliers in every port and put the best commercial option in front of you — with the risk explained.
The commercial and operational risk of bunkering.
Our Services
From a single MGO stem to a full-year supply programme across multiple trade routes, we handle the enquiry to the invoice.
Very low sulphur fuel oil at 0.50% max sulphur, compliant with IMO 2020 and MARPOL Annex VI. Sourced from refineries and major physical suppliers, with the grade and viscosity you specify.
Low sulphur and standard marine gasoil at 0.10% max sulphur for ECA compliance, auxiliary engines and boilers. Tight sulphur and cold-flow specifications verified by certificate of quality.
Cylinder oils, system oils, trunk piston engine oils and greases from recognised brands, delivered alongside your fuel stem so the vessel takes one stop instead of two.
Both delivery modes, matched to your port, draft and schedule. Barge alongside at anchorage or berth, or ex-wharf truck and pipeline supply where that is the faster and cheaper route.
We work with local agents, barge operators and port authorities on your behalf, so your master and your operations team deal with one counterparty in every port on the rotation.
Independent surveyors attend every delivery. Samples are drawn and sealed, BDN figures are cross-checked against barge and vessel tanks, and disputes are handled with evidence, not arguments.
Global Network
From the bunkering hubs of Asia to the Atlantic and the Americas, we cover the ports your vessels actually call. If a port is not on the list, ask — we source new locations regularly.
How We Work
Nothing hidden, nothing improvised. You know who is doing what at every stage.
Send us the vessel, port, ETA, product, quantity and any charterer requirements. A one-line email is enough to start.
We come back with an indicative price linked to MOPS plus a premium or discount, with the commercial terms stated clearly.
On your go-ahead we nominate the barge or ex-wharf slot and confirm the delivery window with your agent and master.
The barge goes alongside. An independent surveyor attends, samples are sealed and figures agreed before hoses are disconnected.
BDN, certificate of quality, survey report and invoice are issued promptly. Payment terms are agreed up front, in the currency you need.
Why Shipowners Work With Us
Quotes are built on published benchmarks such as MOPS, plus a clearly stated premium. You see how the number is made up, so you can compare it against any other supplier.
Our operations team in Hong Kong answers directly. When a vessel is waiting on a barge at midnight, you get a person with authority to fix it.
We are not a barge owner and not a refinery. We have no incentive to push one supplier's product on you — we compare the port and recommend the best commercial and technical option.
Off-spec or short delivery is the part of bunkering nobody wants to deal with. We take the claim, correspond with the supplier and the surveyor, and pursue it to a resolution.
We work with established shipowners on agreed credit terms and settle in USD or RMB, reducing your exposure to FX and cash-flow timing.
Certificates of quality, sulphur declarations, BDN and MARPOL Annex VI documentation are issued as standard — not on request, and not three weeks later.
